Regulations on how to use CRDA’s Resource Center |

Admission
The Resource Center is open to all CRDA Members and
non-members.
Membership
Membership can be obtained by completing a registration/application form,
which requires the signature and office stamp of the applicant.
Loans
Books, video cassettes and CD are allowed for a period of two weeks with
overdue fines of 0.50 cents a day for one week, 0.75 cents for 2 weeks and
1.00 birr for 3 weeks. Reference materials cannot be removed from the
resource center
Renewal
For times required beyond the normal loan period renewal is possible,
provided another user has not reserved the material in advance. Renewal
may be arranged either by telephone, e-mail or by coming to the Resource
Center. To renew the material, the reader must quote his/ her name, call
no. of items(s) and due date.
Loses
Members have to pay for resources lost or damaged while in their
possession.
